Our rehabilitation professionals will provide quantitative and qualitative assessments of the essential functions of each job. The assessment include physical job demands for each task and incorporate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) terminology so that any transitional duty assignments we develop are ADA compliant.
Using these assessments, our team can create individualized return-to-work options that will based on the medical condition and restrictions, limitations and impairments of specific injured workers and employees. From there, we can partner with medical providers so they can guide the injured workers’ treatment and recovery towards the goal or returning them to transitional and, if possible, full duty, as quickly as possible. These job assessments also guide provider decisions about releasing an employee to return to work.
