We can customize clients’ leave administration program based on the needs of the organization, including all federal- and state-specific leave administration as it pertains to FMLA. Custom programs can include coordination of some or all of the available leave benefits, such as:

Leave Coordination: Whether you self-administer your other leave programs, or utilize the services of one or more vendors, York is well-equipped and very heavily trained to collaborate to any degree specified by the employer.

In the event that an employer would like coordination of benefits, but prefers a modified workflow, we can provide FMLA utilization reports that can be used to “reconcile” the concurrent usage of leave benefits.

Accurate Tracking: Due to our proprietary web-based system, tracking both FMLA and non-FMLA leaves is a seamless process. Our system allows us to enter the parameters of each type of leave being administered for each customer, thereby maintaining accurate and consistent leave banks for each employee who might require leave.
